30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — No Return Required

If your Pawpov camera arrives faulty, or the footage isn't what you hoped, email us at lakestatewebco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you in full. You do not need to ship anything back. Keep the unit or recycle it responsibly.

How it works

• Contact us within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number.
• If the unit is faulty, include a short photo or video of the issue — that's all we need.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days of approval.

The fine print, kept short

• The guarantee covers one unit per customer. Additional units from the same order are refundable on the same terms if faulty.
• Orders that have not arrived within 30 business days of dispatch are refunded in full or reshipped — your choice.
• Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have in your country (including under US state law, Canadian consumer law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or the Australian Consumer Law).
