Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Shipping is free on every order — no minimum.

Timing

• Processing: orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
• Delivery: 7–14 business days from dispatch. We state this up front because finding out afterwards is the most annoying thing about buying online.
• You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

If something goes wrong

• If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, we refund you in full or reship it — your choice.
• If tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package, email us and we'll sort it out. We won't leave you arguing with a carrier.
