Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Shipping is a flat $9 per order, charged at checkout — no minimum. Orders are fulfilled by our overseas fulfillment partner and travel fully tracked door to door — that is why we quote 7–14 business days honestly instead of promising two days and missing it.

Timing

• Processing: orders are dispatched within 1 business day.
• Delivery: 7–14 business days from dispatch. We state this up front because finding out afterwards is the most annoying thing about buying online.
• You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

If something goes wrong

• If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of dispatch, we refund you in full or reship it — your choice.
• If tracking shows delivered but you can't find the package, contact us and we'll sort it out. We won't leave you arguing with a carrier.
